The students raised $362.95 on August 31; $373.79 on September 1; $54.83 on September 6; $59.27 on September 7; and $226.38 on September 8. The donations came in the form of pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, $1 bills, $5 bills, $10 bills, $20 bills, $100 bills, and a gold dollar. Additional donations were six foreign coins, one game/store token, one tiny screw and one tattoo.
