Roy Lee Barron

Roy Lee Barron, 44, passed away March 19, 2015 in Salinas, California. A memorial service was held at Friona Cemetery on Tuesday, April 7, 2015. Officiating the services were pastors Brett Hoyle, Ruben Rivera and Jeff Proctor. A memorial service was also held in San Antonio by his close friends.

Roy Lee was born July 20, 1970. He was a kind, compassionate, loving person. He was a loyal friend to those who knew him. He is greatly missed. He came to know Jesus as his Savior.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Joe and Nina Barron of Dimmitt, his maternal grandparents, Leon and Margarita Perez of Friona, and three aunts, Josie Gomez, Margie Flores and Lydia Cruz.

He is survived his parents, Glendel and Olivia Jones of Friona, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
