A three vehicle accident occurred Friday July 25 about 5 p.m. five miles south on Hwy 214. This car was traveling southbound and attempting to turn left into a residence. It was rear-ended by a second car that ended up facing north. The collision knocked this vehicle into the northbound lane, hitting a third car and sending it into a ditch facing south. There were no major injuries. Two people were transported to PMC. Friona EMS and firemen were dispatched to work the accident.
