JoCarrol Czeizinger

JoCarrol Czeizinger of Dover passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Kent General Hospital in Dover, Delaware. She was 79.

JoCarrol was born on January 26, 1940 in Bovina, Texas to Melvin Wiley and Irene Robards Wiley. Both parents have passed as well as sisters Jeaneen, Melba, and Mary Ann.

She attended Friona schools until she was about 15. It was important to her to keep up with the news and happenings of her hometown. She was a longtime subscriber of the Friona Star newspaper.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Rudolph Czeizinger of Dover; sons Kirk Rankin and his wife Linda of Brownwood, TX; Robbie Rankin and his wife Christine of Wrentham, MA; stepson Robert Czeizinger and his wife Barbara of Milford, DE; daughter Beth Rankin of Dover, DE; stepdaughters Suzette Butler of Camden, DE and Noella Fritz of Longmont, CO; brother James Wiley of Shallowater, TX; grandchildren Chris Rankin, Lucas Fisher, Eric Rankin, Cameron Rankin, Keith Rankin, Scott Rankin, Stephanie Polley, Steven Butler, Jeffrey Fritz, Chris Hortin, Jason Kolohe, Aaron Czeizinger and Christa Schlemmer; eleven great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover, Delaware. She will be missed.
