Friona Fire Department 50 for 50 fundraiser set for July 4
The Friona Volunteer Fire Department will hold a drawing on July 4, 2017 at 9 a.m. at the Fire Station for a 50 for 50 gun drawing. For $50 you get 50 chances to win. All proceeds will benefit the fire department. Tickets can be purchased from any member of the Friona Fire Department.

The rules and regulations are:
•Do not need to be present to win.
•Must be 21 years or older to participate.
•Only the ticket purchaser can claim the winning gun.
•Claim period is up to 6 weeks after drawing. •Maximum of tickets sold is 1,000.
•Each ticket is re-entered into the drawing after each selection.
•All State and Federal regulations and laws will apply.
•Winners responsible for all sales taxes and transfer fees.
•If the gun listed becomes unavailable, one of equal value will be supplied.
•Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone by the information on the ticket.
•If contact information changes, it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to notify the Department.
