KNNK to broadcast all Chieftain games
KNNK Radio has announced that all 2015 Chieftain football games will be broadcast live, including the Friday night August 28 opener vs. Olton. Play-by-play announcers will be local guys Andy Montana and Coach Darrel Ray.
You can tune in the games on KNNK 100.5 FM, online at knnkradio.com, or on WT Services channel 6. Due to some changes at the radio station they were originally planning to broadcast four games on the radio and the rest online only. KNNK spokesman Victor Holguin told the Friona Star, "Due to the positive sponsorship response we received from the Friona community all 100% of the Friona Chieftain games will be broadcast both online and on the radio. Everything will remain the same as last year."
