Veterans Breakfast November 11
How many ways can we show our gratitude to our Veterans? Just to name a few: A big thank you, take the time to listen to their stories, lend a helping hand when you can, pick up the tab when you seen them at a restaurant or feed them breakfast as The Friends of the Library and your local library love to do.
Local veterans are invited to breakfast on Wednesday, November 11 at the Redeemer Literacy Center at 1304 Virginia Avenue from 7-9 a.m.
“Come and allow us to honor you in this small way,” said Friona Public Library representative Lucy Hernandez.
Veterans will be honored at a Friona ISD Patriotic Program at 10 a.m. at the Friona High School gym.
