Senior Squaw Kim DeWit doing what she does often, another kill, this time vs. Brownfield Tuesday. The Squaws swept both Brownfield and Lubbock Christian 3-0. This week they are #9 in the Texas Girls Coaches Association 3A state rankings. After a tournament in Denver City this weekend the Squaws will host Denver City here Tuesday August 30 at 6:00 p.m.

A reminder to fans attending the Chieftain season opener vs. Farwell Friday night. It is parent night and the senior parents will be introduced beginning about 7:00 p.m. Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m. Free hamburgers and fries from Cargill and the Noon Lions will be served probably starting about 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. Come out and support the Chiefs. Go Big Red.
