Charles A. Myers

Charles A. Myers, 82, of Roll, Oklahoma was born on June 7, 1942 in Pasadena, Texas. He is the son of Charles Myers Jr. and Loree (Hilton) Myers. He went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at his residence in Roll, Oklahoma surrounded by his loving family.

He married the love of his life, Judy Karen Guinn on June 25, 1962 in Hereford, Texas. Charles enjoyed fishing, hunting, metal detecting, collecting Indian artifacts, arrowheads, coins, guns, knives, and woodworking.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 22, 2024 at Arnett Church of Christ, Arnett, Oklahoma. Randy Sherrill will officiate. Interment will be at Silent Home Cemetery, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to the care of Richard and Tammy Dugger and the staff of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma.

Cherishing his memory is his loving wife, Judy of the home; his son Jeremy Myers and his wife, Marla of Ovalo, Texas; two daughters, Lamona Gay Black and her husband, Kris of Crawford, Oklahoma, Tamara Vogel and her husband, Randy of Plainview, Texas; six grandchildren, Konstanze Hardy of Midland, Texas, Kreighton Biggs of Plainview, Texas, Phylli Roberts of Lubbock, Texas, Eleanor Myers, Hayes Myers and Eisley Myers all from Ovalo, Texas; four, great grandchildren; one sister, Pat Bass and her husband, Charles of Pearidge, Arkansas; one uncle, Gene Hilton of Littleton, Colorado.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Myers Jr. and Loree Myers; In-laws, Gene and Mildred Guinn; brother-in-law, Layton Sawyer.
