Water Tower Repair - The Friona water tower is in the process of getting an inside makeover. From the photo it looks like a giant spider has taken up residence on top of the city's water supply. Work is scheduled to be finished by the end of May. Plans are to repaint the tower as a giant cheeseburger sometime in the future.
