Shara Renner, 83 of Friona passed away February 14, 2023 in Friona. Per her request, there will be no services. Burial in the Friona Cemetery by HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home of Friona.
Shara was born March 19, 1939 in Tucumcari, New Mexico to Sid and Alta Mae Toothman Latham. She worked very hard to provide for her family and was a beautician and hairstylist for an amazing 56 years. She was known as a wonderful and strong lady. She also loved to quilt and crochet.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands- Bill Lookingbill and Tommy Hamilton, step-sister-Dorothy Martin, nephews-Farley Martin and Dennis Martin.
Those to mourn her passing include her husband-Clyde Renner of Friona, 2 sons-Loren Lookingbill of Shallowater, and Sid Lookingbill and wife Darla of Vega, 1 daughter-Tommie Smith and husband Kevin of Clovis, niece-Linda Staley and husband Paul of Seattle, Washington, nephew-Dwane Martin of Albuquerque, NM, 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Prairie Acres Nursing Home 201 East 15th St. Friona, Texas.

Katie Mae Wilkerson, 84 of Paris, Texas, formerly of Friona passed away February 17, 2023. Celebration of Life Graveside Services were held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Parmer County Memorial Park Cemetery Hwy. 60 outside of Friona. Arrangements by HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home of Friona.
Katie married Harold Wilkerson Jr. February 18, 1956. For many years she helped Jr. on the farm. She also helped run the hunting lodge north of Pampa for T. Boone Pickens.
She is preceded in death by 1 son-Randy Wilkerson, brothers-Dave, Dale and Donny Bentley, sister-n-laws-Geneva and Sue.

Murphy Scott Maynard 27 of Amarillo passed away February 14, 2023 in Amarillo. Viewing was held from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM with family visitation from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, February 17, 2023 in the Ron Smiley Memorial Chapel of HANSARD FAMILY, Celebration of Life Services were held at 10:30 AM Saturday, February 18, 2023 at the First Baptist Church in Friona with Rev. Brett Hoyle and Joe Tindall, officiating. Burial followed in the Friona Cemetery by HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home of Friona.
Murphy was born March 1, 1995 in Amarillo to Jimmy Don and Judy Diane Gilbreath Maynard. He was a 2013 graduate of Amarillo High School, and has worked for Affiliated Foods of Amarillo for the past 5 years.
Murphy loved to go hiking, and riding motorcycles. He loved bowling, playing videos games, and had a passion for listening to music and watching movies at the same time.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents- Charles and Isabel Gilbreath and Barbara Maynard, and an aunt-Debra Michaels.
Those who will miss Murphy include his parents, Don and Diane Maynard of Amarillo. sister-McKenna Danielle Maynard and fiancé Chris Bell of Bryant, Arkansas, grandfather-Jimmy Maynard of Friona, uncles-Mike Maynard of Friona, Chuck Gilbreath of Texico, Dale Gilbreath and wife Dayna of Ft. Worth, and Jim Gilbreath and wife Shawnee of Lubbock, aunt- Shauna Winters and husband Mike of Amarillo, numerous cousins, best friend- Joseph Reynero wife Hannah and son Sawyer of Amarillo, and many other friends.
