Willie Clyde Shadix, 94 of Lubbock formerly of Texico, N.M. passed away November 5, 2020 in Lubbock. Private family Graveside Services were held at 10:00 A.M. MDT Monday, November 9, 2020 at the Hollene Cemetery in Hollene, New Mexico. Arrangements by HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home of Friona, Texas.
Clyde was born November 14, 1925 in Hollene, N.M. to Henry Taylor and Nellie Jane Miller Shadix. He later entered into the United States Army serving in the 311th Infantry Regiment during WWII. After serving our country, Clyde married Wilma Louise King October 13, 1950 in Portales.
He was an area farmer and worked for the Curry County Road Department for many years, and was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Clovis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, 2 daughters- Thelma Landsperg and Wanda Allmand and 1 son-Willie Ray Shadix, 1 brother-Glenn Shadix, and 2 sisters-Marie Shadix and Hazel Whitehead.
Those to carry on his legacy includes 2 daughters-Pamela Williams and husband Dennis of Lubbock, and Billie Shadix of Clovis, 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Pedro was born August 16, 1968 in Mexico to Salvador and Dolores Garcia Ramos. He later married Rosa Maria Lopez on February 11, 1987 in Mexico.
He worked at Cargill for 20 years, Caviness and Merrick Pet Foods, and was a carpenter as well. He loved spending time with his family, being outdoors and the Dallas Cowboys.
He is preceded in death by his parents.

Charles Love, 77 of Pampa, formerly of Friona passed away November 6, 2020 in Pampa. Viewing will be Friday, November 13, 2020 in the Ron Smiley Memorial Chapel of HANSARD FAMILY. Celebration of Life Graveside Services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Friona Cemetery with Rev. Ellis Parson, officiating,. Charles was born on October 25, 1943 to Howard and Edna Rhodes Love. He was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He loved fishing, and hanging out with his family and friends. He had countless stories and jokes. He was the kind of man that would give you the shirt of his back. He had a very kind soul. He always saw the best in people, and did what he could to help anyone that needed it. Charles graduated from Friona High School. He later went to Amarillo College to the police academy. He started his career as a police officer in Amarillo, Texas. After a while his family moved to Pampa, Texas where he served many years as a officer and lieutenant for the Pampa Police Department. He helped solve countless crimes. He was always a hard worker and took pride in his job. He was a proud police officer and loved helping others. He went on to get a degree in criminal justice at Clarendon College in Pampa, Texas. Through his work he learned hypnosis, and was able to help solve crimes. After his retirement in Pampa Texas he worked a brief time in Littlefield, Texas as a police officer. He soon moved back home and finished his career as a Roberts County Sheriffs Deputy where he retired in 2018.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents, his son Jerry Love, and brother Earl Love.
Survivors included his wife Jeanette Love, his three sons Jackie Love and his wife Debbie Love of Odessa, Texas, Johnnie Love of Odessa, Texas, Paul Love and his wife Stephanie Love of Richmond, Texas, seven grandchildren- Paige Lee and her husband James Lee of Sulphur Louisiana, Chris Love of Odessa, Texas, Jacqulyn Love of Odessa, Texas, Trisha Wheeler of Odessa, Texas, Brandy Wheeler of Odessa, Texas, Cody Love and Chase Love both of Richmond, Texas and, many loving and adoring great-grandchildren.
Rita Villarreal, 89, Bovina, TX, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on November 9, 2020. Born October 31, 1931 in La Blanca, TX, daughter of the late Eusebio and Dolores Rodriguez.
Rita always dedicated herself to her family and her faith in God. She was proud of having traveled to many parts of the country working "in the fields" picking cotton, harvesting hops, and many other jobs. She enjoyed working in the cafeteria of the Bovina Public School System.
In addition to serving others, Rita supported her husband, the late Zeferino Villarreal, in his ministry as a deacon at St. Ann's & St. Theresa's Catholic churches. She loved serving the Lord and as a Guadalupana (55 years) as well as other ministries during her lifetime. Every evening she had her prayer books and her rosary in hand. During her battle with cancer, her prayer was to glorify the Lord during every step of her journey. Rita was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church.
Rita had a great passion for her family and often hosted birthday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas events at her home. She was happiest when she was with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband (Zeferino Villarreal), and her brother (Manuel Rodriguez). Rita is survived by 3 sisters: Inez Coronado of San Juan, Tx.; Gumecinda Betancourt (Jesse) of Merrill, Michigan; Julia Gamboa (Robert) of San Carlos, Tx.; and one brother Alfredo Rodriguez of Edinburg, Tx. She is also survived by her children Zeferino (Esther) of Clovis, NM; Norma Villarreal of Bovina, Tx; Dora Shipp (Joseph) of Amarillo, Tx; George (Nickie) of Bovina, Tx; Liza Navarro (Ramiro) of Bovina, Tx; Eddie (Dolly) of San Carlos, Tx; Ricardo (Elida) of Bovina, Tx; David (Linda) of Prattville, AL; Johnny (Ann) of Amarillo, Tx; Anna Winn (Tim) of Seminole, Tx; 23 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
A rosary will be on Wednesday, 6:00 p.m., at Mendez & Mullins Funeral Home, Hereford, Tx. The Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, 10:00 a.m., November 12, at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Bovina Tx. Due to COVID restrictions, the family requests that friends join the family at the graveside in Bovina, Tx. immediately following the Mass. Please ensure to wear a mask if you wish to personally extend your condolences to the family.
